Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking RNs to join our friendly and supportive team, delivering high-quality care in a well-respected aged care facility near Yackandandah VIC

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to elderly residents.
  • Assess, monitor, and manage resident health, including medication administration and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care.
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence at all times.
  • Support, educate, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven experience in assessing and reviewing care plans
  • Sound understanding of AN-ACC
  • Minimum 3 years’ Registered Nurse experience, preferably within Aged Care
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Sound understanding of assessment and care planning processes
  • Minimum experience: 2 years' experience in care management role in the residential aged care setting and demonstrated ability to develop and manage care plans.
  • Desirable experience: Experience with the residential aged care classification and funding systems (ACFI/ AC CC).
Key Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • 2025/2026 Influenza Vaccination record.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • Full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available).
