Registered Nurse

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-respected residential aged care facility in Tenterfield, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional clinical care and support to residents in line with best practice standards.
  • Monitor, assess, and manage resident health needs, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ wellbeing and comfort.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.
  • Educate and support families, carers, and staff on care-related matters.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 
  • Previous experience in aged care (highly regarded but not essential).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full Australian working rights or sponsorship available for the right candidate.
