We are looking for experienced RNs wanting to join our client on a Full or Part Time Permanent basis both in Hervey Bay and Maryborough. 

Day to day you will: 

• Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for individual residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, allied health professionals, and carers to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
• Support residents and their families through care planning, updates, and addressing concerns or questions.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Promote infection control practices and ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
