About The Role:
As the Recruitment Partner, specializing in white collar corporate roles, you will provide leaders with guidance and advice on all recruitment matters. This high performing, values driven business is going from strength to strength and requires an experienced Recruitment Partner, during this period exciting transformation. Joining a diverse and supportive team, you will be delivering end-to-end recruitment; sourcing, screening and placing the right people in the right place.  Working closely with hiring managers in your corporate client group, you will work to fill the talent needs of the business now and into the future. Day to day you will:
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment; sourcing, screening, interviewing etc.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes, e.g. creative sourcing methods, talent pooling, improving interview guides.
  • Establish and maintain premium hiring and candidate care standards in line with the company values and vision.
  • Proactively establish and sustain genuine meaningful relationships with leaders to identify hiring trends and develop strategies to ensure needs are met.
  • Enthusiastically contribute to the greater people team through projects.
About You:
You will be an experienced agency or internal recruitment professional bringing knowledge of a white-collar corporate environment, as you join this thriving global brand. You will have excellent organisation and time management abilities. Your attitude will be everything and you will have the capability to deliver quality recruitment outcomes across various disciplines.  To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills and understand that reprioritizing is extremely important. 
You will also have:
  • Demonstrated end to end recruitment experience – recruiting across corporate professional services roles.
  • Confidence influencing and engaging across a broad range of stakeholders including operational and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing strategies and developing talent pipelines.
  • Great attention to detail and professional communication with the ability to place emphasis on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
