Troocoo is a contemporary executive search, recruitment, contracting and advisory business with offices in the Brisbane and Sydney CBDs. 

This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to build and lead Troocoo’s Government Executive Search portfolio, sitting within our well-established Government division based in Brisbane.
  
As Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and strategic direction of Troocoo’s Government business. You will drive commercial outcomes through strong leadership, the development of deep relationships across the public sector, and the delivery of high-quality executive search solutions.
  
Leadership & Strategy

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and commercial oversight across Government Executive Search 
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and management of Government Executive budget
• Drive growth through strategic market engagement, client relationship development, and proactive business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other divisions and senior leaders to deliver whole-of-business outcomes and cross-functional growth opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and long-term organisational initiatives, ensuring alignment with Troocoo’s vision and values.

Commercial & Financial Performance

• Hold full accountability for achieving quarterly and annual financial targets
• Identify and capitalise on emerging market trends and opportunities within the Government Executive Search space.
• Ensure commercial discipline and profitability across all engagements and client partnerships.
