Receptionist - Stafford

Job description

Join a warm and friendly NFP in Stafford on a temporary basis. 
Duties include but are not limited to
  • Meet and greet all visitors into the business
  • Signing in visitors 
  • Handling phone calls, message taking and re-directing calls 
  • Managing inboxes
  • Ordering stationary and other office related supplies 
  • Managing meeting room bookings
Experience required: 
  • Reception or administration experience required 
  • A professional, yet warm and friendly individual 
  • Proficient on MS Office Suite 
  • Must be able to fulfil full length of contract - see dates below. 

This is a contract role, working Monday to Friday. Start date is Friday 12 July through to Monday 19th August. A day either side for handover.
