You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients arriving for interviews or meetings
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Handling deliveries and general office coordination
- Supporting the team with basic administrative duties
- Previous experience in administration or reception (minimum 6–12 months)
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Immediate start – Monday 17 November
- Initial 4-week contract | $32 per hour + super
- Temp-to-perm opportunity | $65K + super once permanent
- Monday to Friday | 8am to 4:30pm
