Job description

The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in providing efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and assisting clients arriving for interviews or meetings
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Handling deliveries and general office coordination
  • Supporting the team with basic administrative duties
About You:
  • Previous experience in administration or reception (minimum 6–12 months)
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
What’s on Offer:
  • Immediate start – Monday 17 November
  • Initial 4-week contract | $32 per hour + super
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity | $65K + super once permanent
  • Monday to Friday | 8am to 4:30pm
