We're partnering with a key player in the health division who are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a 2-week temporary assignment based in Yackandandah.

This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service to patients and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a warm and professional first point of contact for all patients and visitors
  • Managing appointment bookings and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Handling phone and email enquiries with care and efficiency
  • Processing payments, billing, and Medicare claims
  • Supporting clinicians and practice staff with general administrative tasks
About you:
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception setting
  • Confident using patient booking systems and managing front desk operations
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • A current Police Check is required (NDIS check not necessary)
