We're partnering with a key player in the health division who are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a 2-week temporary assignment based in Yackandandah.
This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service to patients and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and professional first point of contact for all patients and visitors
- Managing appointment bookings and maintaining accurate patient records
- Handling phone and email enquiries with care and efficiency
- Processing payments, billing, and Medicare claims
- Supporting clinicians and practice staff with general administrative tasks
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception setting
- Confident using patient booking systems and managing front desk operations
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- A current Police Check is required (NDIS check not necessary)
