In this role you will be responsible for managing the front desk by providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers in person and over the phone. Duties include but are not limited to:

Duties:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the front desk by providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers in person and over the phone. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen and forward a high volume of incoming phone calls promptly.
- Effective management of phone calls, ensuring that inquiries are directed to the appropriate person/department.
- Maintain a detailed record of all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Generate and analyse call reports to identify areas for improvement.
- General administrative support to other departments and the wider business (data entry, filing, scheduling appointments).
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Proven experience in a receptionist/admin position.
- Proficient skill in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Office located in Darra, with plenty of on-site parking.
- Monday to Friday, standard office hours.
