About the Role
We are seeking immediately available talent to complete a temporary corporate reception contract!
This role acts as the face of the business and the main point of contact with internal and external customers and stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis the responsibilities include:
  • First point of contact for customers face to face and over the phone
  • Assist with managing email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Accurate data entry and electronic file management
  • Adhoc administration duties  
  
About You
  • You will be a strong administrator who is available to commence in a temporary contract immediately.
  • Enjoy being a front-facing team member and someone who is excited to continue developing their professional skillset.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
