The Position
Troocoo are proudly partnered with an ANZ resources infrastructure contractor to recruit a Project Procurement Specialist to support a new oil & gas pipeline project.
The Project Procurement Specialist will manage the source-to-contract award process for $40million worth of packages across a variety of categories, including civil works, subcontractors, etc.
This is a 6-month contract based in Fortitude Valley.

Skills & Experience
Applicants with tertiary education and further training in the procurement industry, such as MCIPS, will be highly regarded, but previous demonstrable experience is the priority.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct end-to-end tender processes and lead commercial negotiations.
- Drive strategic sourcing and cost-saving activities.
- Execute, draft and award contract agreement.
- Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies in line with project objectives.
- Ensure risk is appropriately managed across all contracts.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing source-to-contract procurement processes ideally in a capital project environment.
- Resource sector experience is preferred.
- Excellent influencing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
