As the Project Officer, and working under the guidance of the Project Manager, you will play a central role by coordinating curriculum development activities, supporting pilot readiness, and ensuring meaningful collaboration across agencies.

You will have demonstrated experience delivering projects in the digital capability or learning and development space, ideally with a government context.

About the Role
As the Project Officer, and working under the guidance of the Project Manager, you will play a central role by coordinating curriculum development activities, supporting pilot readiness, and ensuring meaningful collaboration across agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake targeted research on the digital literacy framework to inform curriculum design and competency mapping.
- Lead discrete components of the curriculum development process, such as competency mapping, course catalogue development against proficiency levels, sourcing and curating learning content, and preparing documentation for the pilot phase.
- Support readiness activities for the pilot, including version control processes, risk and issues documentation, and stakeholder briefings.
- Facilitate information gathering, feedback loops, and cross-agency collaboration via established working groups and user communities.
- Engage with external training vendors and content providers to support research and data gathering activities, including collecting market intelligence, learning artefacts and capability information to inform curriculum design, competency mapping and pilot readiness.
- Assist with scheduling, monitoring progress against milestones, and preparing project reporting, using established tools and processes.
