Infrastructure Planning - Project Manager Opportunities & Principal Project Officer | Brisbane
Troocoo have been engaged by a leading Queensland Government client seeking experienced infrastructure and planning professionals to join the Infrastructure Planning division and contribute to the development and delivery of regional infrastructure plans across Queensland.

AO7 hourly agency contractor rate: $88.29 p/hour + super
AO8 hourly agency contractor rate: $97.66 p/hour + super

• Initial 12 month contracts with possibility to extend

About the roles:
In these roles, you will contribute to state-wide and region-specific infrastructure planning by providing high-quality analysis, advice and delivery support to inform Government decision-making.

• Researching, analysing and interpreting complex policy, socio-economic and infrastructure data
• Developing infrastructure baselines and regional profiles, and identifying critical policy issues and opportunities.
• Leading or coordinating the development, delivery and governance of regional infrastructure plans aligned to Government priorities.
• Preparing high-quality written material including plans, briefing notes, submissions, presentations, reports and strategy or policy papers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Government, local government, industry and technical experts.
• Managing programs of work, resources, timelines and quality to ensure outcomes are delivered effectively.

Your experience - previous Government experience is highly regarded.

• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, urban planning/town planning, policy or program delivery.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience working with complex data, policy frameworks and legislative environments.
• Highly developed written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and well-researched advice for senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
