Troocoo is currently assisting a Queensland Government department to recruit an experienced Project Manager – Procurement Systems to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of key procurement systems. This role will focus on enhancing system capability, uplifting data integrity, and standardising procurement processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of procurement systems (e.g., VendorPanel, SAP FieldGlass)
• Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, and process standardisation
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management using ADKAR or similar
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to new platforms
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners for successful delivery

About You

• Strong background in project management with exposure to procurement systems
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship management
• Experience in risk management, change management, and agile methodologies
• Ability to translate manual processes into efficient digital workflows
• Highly regarded: Agile PM certification, PMP or similar qualifications
