We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Finance Transformation initiative within a broader business transformation program. This role is central to ensuring effective coordination, delivery, and governance across the project lifecycle.

You will be the driving force behind project delivery and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful outcomes. Finance SMEs and external advisors will provide subject matter expertise and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Finance Transformation project within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organisation.
• Work closely with Finance SMEs and external advisors to facilitate decision-making and support the execution of key deliverables.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and risk management processes to ensure project transparency and accountability.
• Drive collaboration across business units to ensure integration and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Support transition planning for post-project activities, enabling the organisation to continue broader transformation and process improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering business transformation and ideally finance transformation or finance process improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and project delivery discipline.
• Ability to adapt and transition into other transformation or process improvement projects beyond the finance program.
