This role will see you working with internal and external stakeholders, and be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects that combine Technology Implementation with significant business process and cultural change.

This role will see you working with internal and external stakeholders, and be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects that combine Technology Implementation with significant business process and cultural change.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end management of projects within a broader transformation program.
- Oversee the implementation or enhancement of Oracle Financial Systems in alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, scope, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Collaborate closely with change managers and business stakeholders to drive change adoption and business readiness.
- Coordinate with IT, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure successful integration of systems and processes.
- Manage external vendors and system integrators to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Provide regular project reporting and governance updates to executive stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and interdependencies proactively.
- Maintain alignment between project objectives and the organisation’s mission, values, and community-driven goals.
- Proven experience in Project Management working on large transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing projects involving Oracle Financial Systems
- Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and experience embedding change into project delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
