Looking to step into a purpose‑driven not‑for‑profit and lead meaningful transformation across HR, payroll, finance and broader business systems? We’re seeking a Project Manager to drive multiple concurrent projects and support an organisation modernising how it delivers services and operates internally.

In this role, you’ll manage project scope, schedules, budgets and risks, while shaping business cases, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth change adoption across teams.

You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation, support continuous improvement, and keep projects aligned to strategy and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading HR/HRIS/payroll/finance‑related projects from planning to delivery.
  • Preparing business cases, defining scope and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation.
  • Driving cross‑functional collaboration and supporting change adoption.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects using PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR teams and projects. 
  • Excellent risk, budget and issue management capabilities.
