Troocoo are currently recruiting multiple Project managers to join this leading Tertiary Organisation, embarking on multiple 2026 Programs of Work.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, from mobilisation and planning through to delivery, go-live support, and closure.

The role is accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, in line with organisational project management frameworks and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including mobilisation, planning, execution, governance, and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, estimates, and delivery approaches.
• Establish and support Project Steering Committees and governance forums.
• Manage budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change.
• Provide regular project status, health, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure effective delivery.
• Manage post go-live support and ensure orderly project closure.

Skills & Experience Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• SaaS/COTS implementation experience.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and tools.
