Summary:

We are currently partnered with a financial services organisation with a reputable brand across Australia to recruit a Project Manager with Change Management experience. This will be an initial 3 month engagement to help deliver a business wide transformation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective measures to manage change such as establishing project timelines, mitigating risks and being a link between multiple lines of business.
  
Role Responsibilities:
  • Developing presentations and business cases to the executive team and advising on strategy for managing growth
  • Establishing project timelines across multiple departments
  • Strong experience in managing enterprise transformation projects
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding the needs of each and developing a unified approach to manage change
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  
Required Skillset:
  • 5+ years in Project Management or Change Management roles
  • Proven experience working across enterprise transformation projects
  • Ability to develop project timelines, requirements gathering, relationship building skills
  • Formal qualifications in project management or change management
  • Confidence to work with senior leaders and help deliver organisational goals
