Our client, a leading name in higher education, is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a strategic initiative modernising student evaluations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of student experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll provide essential coordination and governance support to keep the project on track. From scheduling and financial tracking to stakeholder engagement and risk management, you’ll be at the heart of project delivery in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and project documentation
  • Maintain schedules and progress tracking using PM tools
  • Assist with financial management, including budgets and reconciliations
  • Support risk and issue management and ensure governance compliance
  • Organise workshops and team activities to foster collaboration
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Officer in a technology/ICT envionment 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
