The Role: GSB are looking for a dynamic Programmatic Marketing Specialist to join a passionate and customer-focused Digital Marketing team. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid social, display, and video channels to boost brand awareness and support business growth. You'll manage campaigns end-to-end and collaborate with some of the industry’s top marketers.

On a daily basis you’ll be focused on;
  • o Planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Social, Digital Video, Display, and Remarketing campaigns with complete ownership of results.
  • o Implement and manage programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, budgeting, optimization, and pacing.
  • o Report on brand lift survey results to highlight the impact of campaigns on driving brand awareness, consideration, and purchase intent.
  • o Distill key channel insights and data to influence targeting, messaging, and optimization strategies.
  • o Negotiate deals and guaranteed buys with external partners aligned with the marketing strategy and media plan.
  • o Own ongoing channel test-and-learn plans, documentation, and optimization recommendations.
  • o Stay updated with industry changes and developments to identify key opportunities for business value.
  • o Develop and maintain a regular reporting cadence for marketing campaigns, providing ad-hoc reporting as required.
About You;
With over three years of experience in digital marketing or an advertising agency focusing on programmatic media, you'll bring proven expertise in handling complex social, video, and display campaigns for large brands. Your proficiency in tools like DV360, Campaign Manager, YouTube, Facebook Ads, and ideally TikTok Ads will be invaluable, along with robust reporting skills using Google or Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization suites like Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

You hold a Business or Marketing degree or a similar tertiary qualification, with additional certifications in Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads, and Adobe Analytics being highly desirable. Your deep understanding of digital advertising techniques, from brand and performance marketing to conversion rate optimization and audience activation, will set you apart.

You're not just insightful and results-focused with a data-driven mindset but also a strong multitasker with high attention to detail. Your ability to identify market trends and react swiftly, coupled with a proven track record of delivering real business results, showcases your expertise. Moreover, you're a talented relationship-builder who can influence and negotiate at all levels, making you an invaluable asset to the team.
