About the Role
Joining our QLD State Government client, this role is reporting to the Director, and supports the Delivery teams ensuring that projects/programs are scheduled appropriately and with efficient and effective resource allocation to achieve resource utilisation targets, forward pipeline of works and apprentice training.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilise contemporary scheduling systems to develop, review and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects / programs. This includes schedules and plans for current and future pipeline projects in accordance with critical resourcing and time constraints.
- Collaborate with Supervisors, and other stakeholders as required to schedule apprentices to appropriate projects / maintenance tasks to ensure training competencies are achieved.
- Develop detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with the delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain a project / program of work status dashboard to provide detailed and accurate reporting on construction programs and resource utilisation.
- Microsoft Project Professional
- Project Web App (or equivalent)
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to interpret detailed and complex information from multiple sources including project document to develop the required schedules.
- Experience in construction scheduling and delivering projects delivered using construction management methodologies.
- Relevant project management or construction management experience and advanced skills in data processing and manipulation.
