PROJECT OVERVIEW
 
The Core Foundations Program is seeking a talented and inspirational delivery leader to ensure that both projects within the Program are successfully delivered.  Projects with in the Program include: Migrating off 2003 and 2008 servers; Replacing Juniper and F5 infrastructure; Go to Market for Data Protection Managed services. This program will result in improvements security, usability, and capability across the department’s ICT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team under the direction of the Portfolio Director and Portfolio team.
 
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a Program Director, large scale network deployments, re-architectures or enhancements
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Program Manager/ Director specializing in large scale network / Internet content filtering implementations
  • Relevant tertiary or industry certifications e.g. MSP, Prince2, AGILE, MoP
  • Demonstrated vendor management experience relating to large scale broadband upgrades and network based security services rollouts and/ or similar service providers/integrators
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience within the Public sector and large government departments would be advantageous
  • Architectural experience and a working knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent certification e.g. Zachman
