Procurement Project Manager

Job description

Troocoo is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale project on a 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a complex, high-profile project and play a key role in ensuring procurement and project outcomes are delivered successfully. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee procurement and project management activities across major project stages.
  • Ensure alignment with governance, policy, and process requirements throughout the project.
  • Manage supplier engagement, contracts, and financial processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Track budgets, savings targets, and project deliverables.
  • Maintain effective contract management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in procurement and project management within large, complex environments.
  • Background in property, workplace, or other large-scale projects is highly regarded.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
