Sat within the Finance Team and working closely with Procurement, this Procurement Administrator will ensure vendor due diligence is consistent and that all vendors are compliant to requirements, which in turn will provide greater security and control around operational compliance and financial risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively validate and administer new vendors
- Maintain existing vendor master data in line with regulatory requirements
- Effectively govern, and ensure adherence to, the vendor administration policy and procedures
- Ensure all vendors are fully validated prior to the business engaging their services
- Provide analysis and reporting on vendor relationships and breaches of compliance to policy
- Assist with vendor administration for the core ERP and Contractor Vendor Management systems
- Previous experience within a vendor management, compliance or risk related role
- Experience providing data analysis and reporting to a variety of business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Procurement processes
- Exposure working in financial core systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Experience in Contractor Management systems is preferred
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are pivotal to the success of this role
