We are committed to accelerating our growth plans in Sydney and are now seeking a Principal or Senior Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud and Security, to join our Technology, Data & Transformation team. 
 
About the role 
As an integral member of the team, you will focus on driving recruitment outcomes in contracting and permanent recruitment in the Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security markets.  

• Managing relationships with our clients and candidates, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent placements.
• Focus on new and existing business development opportunities, building consistent pipeline of both contract and permanent recruitment opportunities.
• Play as a team and share market intelligence with the wider business.
• Working with your director, provide accurate forecasting and business plans that will support your market.  

About you:  

• Minimum 3 years experience in technology recruitment.
• Ideally 2 years recruiting in Infrastructure, Cloud technologies and / or Cyber security, however training will provided if this is not the case.
• Experience with coordination across a permanent and contracting hybrid recruitment desk within the IT practice.
• Previous experience in meeting an individual financial budget that has been achieved consistently.
• Strong communicator, resilient, positive team player with a solution-orientated approach to your work daily.
• Exceptional service standards, we believe in providing a fantastic candidate and client experience.
• Strong cultural alignment, our values should resonate with you.
