Principal Policy Officers

Job description

Troocoo are you looking for Human Resource Policy officers to join the team and play a key role in developing and managing People, Capability and Culture (PCC) policies that drive organisational success.
What you’ll do:
  • Review and develop PCC policies aligned with the established policy framework
  • Provide expert guidance to subject matter experts to ensure compliance
  • Manage policy registers and document identifiers
  • Oversee secure storage, retention, and classification of policy documents
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations and incorporate feedback
  • Conduct quality assurance prior to policy approval
  • Finalise and publish approved policies across relevant systems
  • Monitor policy review cycles and escalate overdue updates
  • Support implementation of policies in line with delegated authority
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience in policy development and governance within government
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
