About the Role
This is a senior-level, hands-on recruitment position with full accountability for meeting and exceeding your individual budget. You’ll manage your desk autonomously, build strong client and candidate relationships, and actively contribute to the collaboration and culture of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contract and permanent recruitment opportunities to meet financial quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and grow meaningful client relationships, enhancing engagement, retention and opportunities across the wider Troocoo business.
- Produce accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly activity and forecasting reports.
- Work with the Associate Director and Executive General Manager to build and execute a business development plan aligned to divisional objectives.
- Actively share market insights and industry intelligence with the broader business.
- Support and participate in industry and networking events, representing Troocoo professionally and positively.
You are an established recruitment professional who consistently delivers high-quality outcomes. You’re commercially astute, relationship-driven, and known for your ability to influence, contribute and collaborate.

- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the public sector.
- Confidence in developing new business and managing existing relationships at a senior level.
