We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Permanent basis in an Aged Care facility in Maryborough, QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Monitor and report residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Deliver care with compassion, respect, and patience.

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care/Ageing Support) 
• At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered)
