We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our PERMANENT team in an Aged Care facility in Kempsey, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
- Assist with meals and feeding.
- Monitor and report residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Deliver care with compassion, respect, and patience.

About You:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/ Aged Care
- At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
