We are currently seeking a caring and dedicated Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team at a well-respected Aged Care facility in Maryborough QLD. Both casual and permanent shifts are available – apply now and become part of a team that truly values your contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents.
• Help with meal preparation and provide feeding assistance when required.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional well-being.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Deliver care with compassion, patience, and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an aged care or similar setting.
• 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccination Record.
• Australian Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available).
