Personal Assistant

Job description

This is a full-time, contract role based in Toowong, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. There is potential for the role to extend or transition to permanent for the right person.

The Role
Supporting the GM of Business Solutions Development, you will play a key role in keeping priorities on track across multiple projects and stakeholder groups. This is a busy, high-volume support role requiring strong organisation, initiative and confidence working with technical teams.

Key responsibilities include
  • Calendar management and coordination of meetings
  • Ensuring the right meetings are scheduled with the right stakeholders
  • Inbox management and email triage
  • Coordinating project-related communications
  • General administrative and executive support
About You
  • Proven experience as a PA or EA in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders
  • Tech industry exposure highly regarded
  • Strong Google Suite skills, essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
