A well-established, values-driven organisation in the insurance and financial services space is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Talent leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator ready to take the next step in their career, or an already established personal assistant looking for their next opportunity. You'll join a high-performing, fast-paced division and provide essential support to two General Managers and other senior team members.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Comprehensive diary and inbox management for two senior GMs
  • Assistance with the coordination of meetings, booking rooms and other internal coordination tasks
  • Organise internal events and engagement activities across multiple sites
  • Handle travel bookings, expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Keep team compliance and engagement activities on track
  • Take minutes and manage actions from leadership meetings
What we’re looking for:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior administration or personal assistance role
  • Demonstrated experience managing inboxes and busy diaries 
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and professional with a proactive mindset

Key Details:
  • Full-time temporary contract (Monday to Friday)
  • Intention to go permanent after 3 months
  • Based in Toowong, with on-site parking, easy access to public transport and great amenities
