About the Role
As the Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional high-level support to two Directors. Forming part of the broader Administration team, you will work closely with other Personal Assistants to ensure their busy schedules are manageable and organised effectively. You will enjoy supporting not only the senior leaders but also engaging with their broader teams to ensure high performance is always prioritised. Day to day, your duties will include:
  • Effective diary and inbox management.
  • Booking travel via the AnywhereTravel platform.
  • Organising client functions and events.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Any other administrative support required by partners or the team. 
About You
You will be a highly organised and well-presented individual with previous experience providing high-level administrative support in a professional services environment, ideally within a partnership model. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships will enable you to work closely and have robust conversations with partners to facilitate operational efficiency. Your attention to detail and communication skills will be strong, and you will be confident in your ability to ensure the partners are effectively organised and their time is managed well. You will bring a strong commercial business acumen and be able to work to deadlines appropriately to ensure teams are successful and client satisfaction is high. You will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively within the broader support function to ensure the whole firm is supported and managed successfully.
