Performance Media Specialist

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Performance Media Specialist to join a financial services organisation on a full time permanent basis. 

At the heart of the role, the Performance Media Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, optimisation and reporting of all things digital and programmatic. 
  

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are including but not limited to:

  • Champion performance media activities across the business, becoming a key point of contact, evangelist and executor for all programmatic marketing campaigns 
  • ideation, setup and optimisation and reporting on all performance programmatic display, paid social, native and search campaigns 
  • Leverage first party and third party data for targeting and insights 
  • Responsible for campaign trafficking via our ad server and collaboration with internal data teams to ensure proper tracking, automation and media attribution across all channels 
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and manage multiple programmatic media buys across multiples lines of inventory and creative type 
  • Manage performance and post-campaign analysis reporting including preparation of board
    reports
  
Successful Candidate

  • Experience within digital media roles, managing campaigns 
  • Hands on experience with digital ads trafficking 
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and drive projects from conception through to implementation and post analysis 
  • Experience in developing and recommending paid media strategies, including audience
    segmentation, spend allocation between channels and biddable strategy
  • Highly proficient in native advertising and paid social channels
