People Systems Administartor

A new permanent opportunity is currently available for a People Systems Administrator to join one of Australia's largest and best insurance solutions providers. 

OVERVIEW

The People Systems Administrator ensures that the organisation’s human resources technology investments are maintained and optimised, and that users are supported. This role is also responsible for project management of system improvement projects and the development and delivery of fit for purpose reporting and user training.

POSITION ACCOOUNTABILITIES 
  • Lead system administration planning and activities for a core People System, and provide back-up support for other People Systems
  • Manage enquiries, technical support and requests for service, ensuring response times are within our Service Level Agreement
  • Develop maintenance and optimisation plans and roadmaps, in consultation with key stakeholders 
  • Develop and deliver reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis, including utilisation, activity and project reporting
  • Analyse data and information in order to identify themes, issues, opportunities and make recommendations about people system activities and developments
  • Document and maintain internal processes, procedures, guides/instruction manuals
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, to ensure delivery of projects and activities on time, within budget and within scope
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 
  • Experience in system administration of HR technology
  • Experience working with corporate Learning Management Systems and/or Performance systems
  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Aurion (highly desirable)
  • Experience preparing and managing small to medium-size technology projects and improvements, including the preparation of documentation and stakeholder engagement
