About the role
The People Partner Culture and Development is responsible for supporting the vision of cultural change at Unitywater, and for the successful delivery and embedding of culture, capability and leadership programs, bringing them to life in a way that makes a tangible and sustainable difference their people. Reporting to the Cultural Leadership Development Specialist, focus of this role will be to support the targeted roadmap of key culture and development programs in line with strategy and planning, and to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate these programs to ensure ongoing return on investment. 
Key Focuses will include:

  • Liaising with the business to proactively identify feedback and development requirements, through strong consultation and relationship building.
  • Supporting the vision for cultural change, and the end-to-end process for culture and behavioural improvement, including assessing, monitoring, and reporting of the culture gap and shifts required via diagnostic tools.
  • Providing facilitation and coaching support for programs and for also for targeted development activity, such as front-line leadership and talent development.
  • Evaluating, analysing, reporting and tracking return on investment and effectiveness of programs under area of responsibility to inform the continual improvement of programs and appropriate business decisions.
  • Working closely with the talent identification process to identify the needs of talent individuals and cohorts and supporting them directly to accelerate their development in succession pipelines.

You will also bring:
  • Project management and coaching skills with the ability to facilitate organising and managing multiple priorities and/or projects.
  • Experience designing, developing and facilitating development programs.
  • Understanding of global best practice contemporary learning practices, adult learning styles and evaluation models.
  • Proven ability to deliver training solutions that understand and meet specific user needs
  • LSI/OCI accreditation preferred
