About the Role
Joining a close-knit experience team and supported by the greater people and culture function, you will play an active role in promoting and uplifting employee experience across the business. You will design, deliver and implement initiatives focusing on bringing the diverse and inclusive culture of the business to life. Dedicated to delivering a quality experience from end to end, you will engage internal and external stakeholders as you create tailored solutions to ensure that the employee experience aligns with the strategic direction of the greater business. Day to day you will:
  • Support the development and implementation of the people experience and corporate engagement strategy.
  • Champion the diversity and inclusion program.
  • Produce, analyse reporting tools and provide recommendations on best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure an excellent experience at each touch point of the employee lifecycle.
About you
You will be passionate about delivering an amazing employee experience. Combining your creativity and excellent communication style, you will enjoy bringing delight to every employee through creative and engaging initiatives. You will be passionate about inspiring employees and contributing to the overall positive culture of the business. You will also have:
  • Qualifications and proven experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience creating and delivering engagement initiatives including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence and experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, attention to detail and IT skills.
