About the role
As the People and Culture Manager, you will embody the values of the company and drive effective strategic and operational solutions across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide operationally focused advice to build people capability through attraction, retention, engagement, and development of talent. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and attention-to-detail which will be evident in your ability to build and manage meaningful professional relationships with stakeholders. About the role
As the People and Culture Manager, you will embody the values of the company and drive effective strategic and operational solutions across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide operationally focused advice to build people capability through attraction, retention, engagement, and development of talent. You will monitor, plan, and implement People and Culture and Internal Communications strategies to enhance the operational performance of the wider business. Day-to-day, you will:
- Provide operationally focused advice to the Senior Leadership team and give leadership and direction on areas including recruitment, selection and retention, performance feedback cycles, training and development, performance management, culture and engagement and internal communications.
- Ensure People and Culture policies and practises are administered and adhered to within the business, and continually audited to ensure improvement and employee satisfaction.
- Lead the Recruitment team to secure high-quality candidates and deliver better workforce capacity in alignment to the employee value proposition.
- Provide advice and strategies to drive high performing teams, ensuring alignment with the values and core behaviours of the business.
About You

- Proven human resources experience in a partnership capacity across a multi-site environment, leading and coaching multiple stakeholders with a passion for developing others.
- The ability to be genuine and approachable in your connection and engagement with stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being resilient and agile to change and familiarity with a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
