They are currently sourcing an experienced People and Culture Advisor to lead and guide the function operationally.

About the role
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture this true generalist role will provide support and guidance on all Human Resources related matters. You will work collaboratively with business leaders to maintain and develop frameworks across multiple functions including recruitment, WH&S, learning and development and policies and procedures. Working in a multi-site environment will be familiar to you, as will be building meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Day to day you will also:
  • Develop and implement people management frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on all people related matters.
  • Continually look for areas of improvement across WHS, L&D and other HR affairs.
  • Develop and monitor the compliance of all people policies and processes.
  • Frequently consult with the franchise network on matters of recruitment, retention and other HR topics.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high performing team. Your experience delivering generalist Human Resources advice in a multi-site environment, will be strong and you will be passionate about supporting a business that gives back to the community. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to present and facilitate group trainings, while consistently thinking about improving the lives of the employees and the clients. You will also be:
  • Degree qualified, Human Resources professional eg. Human Resources or similar.
  • Working experience delivering Human Resources support, guidance and advice.
  • Passionate about engaging employees with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • An effective communicator who enjoys leading, coaching and developing employees.
  • Able to work flexibly and to travel between sites both locally and interstate.
