Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with relevant payroll legislation
- Ensure accurate standards and procedures are adhered to including enterprise agreements, superannuation, workers' compensation, PAYG etc.
- Processing of payroll and meeting required timeframes
- Maintaining customer service with internal and external clients
- Responding to enquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner
- 3+ years’ experience in full function payroll processing or similar relevant experience
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and payroll systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Some understanding of Industrial Award/Enterprise Agreements
- High level of attention to detail
- Proactive problem solving and planning
