Optimization Portfolio Manager
Job description
A new 6 month fixed term opportunity is currently on offer for an Enterprise Portfolio Manager to join this Queensland based Non For Profit Organisation, based in Brisbane CBD.
The purpose of this role will be to lead the capture of enterprise portfolio critical resourcing, risk and dependencies to drive portfolio performance, insights, recommendations and actions – helping enable the Organisation to effectively deliver the changes required to realise their future strategy.
In addition to this, the Optimization Portfolio Manager will be required to lead stakeholder analysis as part of team to understand key contacts and agree relationship management approach for senior leadership team members.

- Develop good relationships with executive and senior leadership team members, to understand their challenges, potential areas for support and develop trust through demonstrating expertise / value add of Enterprise Portfolio management services.
- Lead the promotion of the Enterprise Portfolio brand / impact across business
- Engage and inspire customers, demonstrating the value Enterprise Portfolio approach can deliver.
- Guide and deliver the visualisation of the Enterprise portfolio, capturing critical resourcing, risk, dependencies and change impacts.
- Provide oversight and expertise to lead the team to effectively utilise reporting tools and templates to drive portfolio performance, insights, recommendations and actions.
- Develop capability within the team to meet anticipated business requirements
- Build trust, and ensure the team are building trust, with individuals across the business with the quality of partnering and outcomes
- Be an inspirational leader - create a fast paced and engaging environment where people feel valued, are motivated to do their best and focus on making their customers across the business successful
- Continue to learn and grow personal expertise
- Lead and facilitate complex or challenging workshops, and provide a point of escalation for any issue management
- Develop compelling reporting material, and utilise to develop compelling Executive Leadership Team / Board briefing material

- Experience in Enterprise Portfolio Management
- Experience delivering outcomes through others
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports and to facilitate organisational negotiations, meetings and workshops.
- Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to actively display organisational values, and contribute to team goals.
- Ideal experience within a Enterprise Consultancy Organisation would be highly advantageous
