As the Operations Analyst, your role is imperative and acts as a bridge between sales, operations and finance. Your role will be to form strong working relationships with different divisions to manage as well as build on the current system; enhancing processes and managing risks.

About the Role.
As the Operations Analyst, your role is imperative and acts as a bridge between sales, operations and finance. Your role will be to form strong working relationships with different divisions to manage as well as build on the current system; enhancing processes and managing risks.
Your key responsibilities:
- Process and manage monthly claims in strict adherence to financial protocols
- Maintain systems and reporting integration and accuracy
- Manage consumer financial data
- Troubleshoot irregularities
- Stay updated on changes in industry regulations
- Implement process and system improvements
- Assist with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation for compliance
- Have the ability to build positive working relationships with people in your team and throughout the organisation.
- Proven capability to prioritise and operate effectively in high-pressured situations
- Advanced Excel
- A basic to intermediate knowledge of Power Query is ideal but not mandatory
- Prior experience working with a CRM is highly desirable
