Office Coordinator / Front of House

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of a Business centre in luxury Brisbane City offices.
  • Providing businesses with reception services.
  • Ensuring that business and visitors are treated in a professional, friendly and positive manner
  • Proactively manage client queries and concerns in a timely manner whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing administration services to members as and when required
  • Ensuring the centre is well presented and maintained to a high level of standard
  • Managing meeting room bookings including setting up rooms and assisting with meeting requests
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Management of social media accounts.

Experience, Skills, and Attributes Required:
  • Superb customer service skills and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills, be punctual and reliable
  • Be well presented at all times – You are the face of the business!
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • High level communication skills, and resilience under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Experience in a Administration, Real Estate, or Hospitality industry is desirable
  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial

This is a full time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. An excellent opportunity to establish a career in the Corporate World.
Salary is $60K - $65K plus super plus a $5K annual bonus.
