This newly created New Business Development Manager role has a strong focus on new client acquisition and driving commercial growth. It’s an exciting opportunity for a natural hunter who thrives on creating opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and delivering results.

About the role:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with top-tier accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Drive new business opportunities through commercial and project-based initiatives to support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of commercial project opportunities.
  • Drive product specification and connect current accounts with new projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, presentations, and networking functions.
  • Travel regularly across QLD, with occasional interstate requirements.
About you:
  • 3–5+ years’ proven experience in new business development or sales.
  • A strong track record in building relationships and winning new accounts.
  • Knowledge of (or exposure to) the building, construction, or A&D sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
