About the role:
- Manage and nurture relationships with top-tier accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- Drive new business opportunities through commercial and project-based initiatives to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of commercial project opportunities.
- Drive product specification and connect current accounts with new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Represent the brand at industry events, presentations, and networking functions.
- Travel regularly across QLD, with occasional interstate requirements.
- 3–5+ years’ proven experience in new business development or sales.
- A strong track record in building relationships and winning new accounts.
- Knowledge of (or exposure to) the building, construction, or A&D sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive base salary + commission + car allowance.
