You’ll be hands-on across media planning, coordination, reporting, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and accurate media spend management.
About the role:
- Assist in planning and booking media across Television, Digital, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and Cinema.
- Support the preparation and rollout of the Annual Media Plan.
- Coordinate budgets across campaigns and media activities.
- Liaise with media suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and process media invoices and purchase orders.
- Support the evaluation of media ROI and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Assist with coordination of market research and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment.
- Contribute ideas to improve media processes, reporting, and efficiency.

- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or a media agency role.
- Strong understanding of media delivery metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience coordinating integrated media activity.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
- Strong project management and administrative ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Open driver’s licence.
