About the Role
  
In this role you will understand the clients needs for insights and turn their needs into clear research brief's. You will also choose the right research methodologies and conduct research either in house or through agencies. 
  
The Market Research Analyst will also be responsible for:
  
  • Conduct strategic market research such as customer needs-based segmentation, brand tracking research, environmental scan, competitor analysis, etc. 
  • Provide on demand survey and research support to stakeholders.  
  • Own our Competitive Intelligence (CI) tech, curate and distribute relevant CI across the business. 
  • Work closely with Voice of Customer Specialist and generate rich customer insights together. 
  • Support the rest of the team as well as the broader business to make best use of the insights we generate. 
  
Successful Candidate

  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Tertiary qualification in market research or related disciplines
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Reporting and presentation skills
