Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading Brisbane-based financial services organisation to recruit a Marketing Analyst to join their high-performing Marketing Automation & Analytics team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data and analytics, while also being closely connected to marketing campaigns and customer outcomes. You’ll split your time between deep analysis, reporting and insights, and supporting the delivery of highly personalised marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You’ll work closely with Product Marketing Managers, automation specialists and fellow analysts to:
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Build segmentation and customer data sets for campaign.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Support the ongoing evolution of data-driven marketing capability.

What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver end-to-end campaign analytics across channels such as eDM, SMS, direct mail and digital.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to support segmentation, analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI or similar tools).
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and provide insights that inform decision-making.
- Support analysis and customer profiling to identify growth and engagement opportunities
- Contribute to improving data quality, reporting processes and marketing data flows.
- Assist with automation of data and reporting where possible to improve efficiency.
Key requirements:
- Strong foundational SQL skills and experience writing queries for analysis and segmentation.
- Experience extracting, analysing and interpreting large data sets.
- Proven ability to develop reports and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or working with customer data.
- Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
- Google BigQuery or other cloud data platforms.
