The Role: As the Manager of HR Systems and Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of leading HR systems and driving digital transformation within the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Remuneration, Benefits & HR Digital Services, you'll lead the management and administration of HR systems, data analysis, and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to oversee, research and implement new technologies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions. What You'll Do:
- Manage and enhance our current HR systems to deliver functional HR services aligned with our mission.
- Research and implement new software solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative HR systems and IT solutions.
- Provide high-quality management reports and workforce analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality within HR systems to enable better visibility and decision-making.
- Project manage key HR initiatives, including the annual salary review process and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and uphold our commitment to safeguarding and reconciliation.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, methodologies, and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Aurion, and other software applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High level of interpersonal skills, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with attention to detail and drive for results.
