Manager, Communications & Marketing - Australia & Asia

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for creating integrated marketing and
communications plans that help to drive the business strategies in the region
alongside the Director.

You’ll work in collaboration with the heads of marketing
communications, external communications, internal communications, and creative design – as well as their respective teams – to design and deliver marketing campaign and measurable communications actions.

This includes supporting business development efforts, mapping stakeholders, setting the messaging, identifying profiling opportunities and defining a calendar of internal and external tactical activity such as key speaking positions, industry trade shows, internal roadshows, and other leadership communications. You will also take a hands-on role in delivering some of this activity in collaboration with specialists in the broader Communications function.

In this role you will
  • Work hand in hand with the leadership team for your region
  • Consult and advise the internal clients on their marketing and communications strategy, tactics, and overall activities
  • Create and manage marketing and communications plans for the region
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of activities against benchmarks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and more
  • specifically the regional Leadership team
  • Contribute to the overarching action planning for the relevant areas of the
  • business
  • Research and write compelling content to be used across all communications
  • channels including campaign material, reports, articles, speeches, case
  • studies, social media and website
